The Word of God is very clear on asking for Wisdom. Wisdom, true wisdom comes from God. Jesus is as wisdom as declared in His Word in 1st Corinthians 1:30, "But of Him you are in Christ Jesus, who became for us wisdom from God - and righteousness and sanctification and redemption. God's Word to us says to ask for His wisdom! If any of you lacks wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach, and it will be given to him. But let him ask in faith, with no doubting, for he who doubts is like a wave of the sea driven and tossed by the wind. For let not that man suppose that he will receive anything from the Lord; he isa double-minded man, unstalble in all his ways James 1:5-8 |

Under Five
A little child in church for the first time watched as the ushers passed the offering plates. When they neared the pew where he sat, the youngster piped up so that everyone could hear: "Don't pay for me Daddy, I'm under five."
Parenting Humor
One Sunday in a midwest city a young child was "acting up" during the morning worship hour. The parents did their best to maintain some sense of order in the pew but were losing the battle. Finally the father picked the little fellow up and walked sternly up the aisle on his way out. Just before reaching the safety of the foyer the little one called loudly to the congregation, "Pray for me! Pray for me!"
