                     is more disruptive to the everyday activity of a company than a manager
                     who is up one day and down the next.

2. Prudent:.... One who exercises good judgment.

3. Respectable:... A manager who is known as a drunkard, carouser, or liar elicits no respect
                          from those around him (or her). Subordinates do not seek out their advice and
                          counsel because they don't respect them... Quite often employees will talk behind
                          such a manager's back and undercut his or her authority by ridicule.
